A true serial entrepreneur, Ebony thrives on expanding her business ventures, always finding new and innovative ways to create wealth and opportunity. But her most cherished role? Being a devoted mother, ensuring her children are fed with love, wisdom, and inspiration every single day.

Deangelo Perry

DeAngelo Perry, an Omaha native and enterprising community leader, established Perry's Transportation in 2021 after graduating from JTL Trucking School in 2019. In 2023, he founded "Change the Image," a mentorship program aimed at aiding troubled youth in their personal and professional growth. As a dedicated single father of three, DeAngelo skillfully balances his family commitments with his aspiration to inspire future generations. His leadership is marked by a commitment to instill resilience and ambition in both his children and the youths he mentors.

Julius Reynolds

Julius Reynolds, a seasoned barber with over 24 years of experience including 17 as a barbershop owner, hails from Omaha, Nebraska. After earning an HVAC technician certification from Vatterott College in 2002, he has successfully worked in this field for 22 years. In 2008, he founded Young Future Leaders, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring youth, and since 2017, he has mentored numerous business owners. Additionally, Julius owns a trucking company launched in 2017 with two semi-trucks and operates a renovation company, all while being a devoted husband and father of two boys.

Myron Pierce

Myron, once an unlikely leader, transformed his life through faith and a profound vision to impact others. He earned a B.A. in Business Leadership from Grace University and founded Own The Pond, a company dedicated to unlocking the entrepreneurial potential in urban communities across America. He has also helped launch various organizations and businesses, amplifying his influence and commitment to economic  development. Myron lives in North Omaha, Nebraska, and is a devoted father to five children.
